Lovina Dolphin Tour

Fullday tour to the north of Bali to the region of Buleleng, tranquility and idyllic fishing villages and stretching along the Bali Island, Lovina may not be the prettiest beach in Bali, but its gorgeous sunrise and a pod of dolphins swimming freely in the open sea. When you arrive in Lovina, you can see that the coastline consists of quite narrow stretches of black sandy beach. The seabed softly slopes down toward the open sea and the current is relatively calm which makes Lovina a perfect spot for snorkeling as well as scuba diving. The best way to be able to see the wild dolphins out at sea is by arranging an early morning Dolphin Sightseeing trip and take a jukung (traditional outrigger boat). After around 15 minutes of sailing in the open water, you will realize that you are not the only one looking forward to seeing the friendly sea mammals. During high season, up to a dozen or more jukungs can be seen in the water. There are actually three species of dolphins inhabiting this area; spinner, spotted and bottle-nosed dolphins, but it is the spinner dolphins that are mostly spotted around Lovina. The sacred hot springs 'Air Panas' of Banjar are set in the midst of the jungle in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, close to Lovina Beach, and it consist of three public and one private pool. The sulphuric water is of volcanic origin and has an agreeable warm temperature of 37 degrees Celcius, ideal for people suffering from rheumatic diseases. The hot spring water gushes from the mouths of eight stone carved naga (mythical, dragon-like creatures) into the oblong shaped upper pool. From the upper pool the water overflows from the mouths of five more nagas into the largest of the three pools, which is square shaped and situated at a lower level. Gitgit Water Fall is an amazing waterfall from height hill which is encircled by fertile rain forest plantation. This waterfall is situated in the jungle of forest, fresh atmosphere with beautiful panorama of rice terrace are presenting on the way to this waterfall. This waterfall produce the clear water with some time the local children play around and having bath. It is located in Gitgit countryside, Sukasada district and Singaraja regency.
